The accommodation has hydronic splits connected to the heat pump which delicately cool the rooms in the summer months, avoiding the annoying impact of classic gas splits.

The penthouse has an area reserved for the Laundry area, here you can use the washing machine and dryer and related detergents for free.

Efficient and Ecological. Thanks to the floor system powered by the external Heat Pump you can enjoy a good warmth in the winter months generated for 75% by the environment.

Bathroom Welcome Kit

Upon arrival you will find a Welcome Kit for personal hygiene from the "Aura Luxury Collection" line. Shower shampoo, hand soap, cap, disposable slippers, liquid soap.

Kitchen Welcome Kit

Upon your arrival you will find a Welcome Kit for the kitchen. Coffee pods, Jams, Water, salt, pepper, napkins, dishwasher capsules.

Mandatory/Extra Services on Request

Mandatory Service

The cost of Cleaning is mandatory and amounts to €15 per person for the entire stay and will be paid at check in. For the sake of fairness we preferred to include the cost per person and not a fixed fee that would in fact penalize 2 guests compared to 6/7.

Non-Mandatory Extra

The Garage is considered a non-mandatory Extra and has a cost of €10 per night per car. In the case of 2 cars the cost will be €20 per night. The Garage must be requested at the time of booking. Payment can be made during Check in.

Mandatory Tourist Tax

The tourist tax is a Mandatory cost and will be paid by the guest upon arrival.

Non-Mandatory Extra
The private Jacuzzi is considered a non-mandatory extra. If requested during the booking phase, upon your arrival you will find the Jacuzzi ready for use and heated. The cost amounts to €40 per night and is mandatory for all nights of the duration of the stay.

1. The price is for the whole apartment?

Yes - The price is for the apartment. There is no common area or to share with other people. The Terrace is also private and is not shared, as well as the Jacuzzi.

Payment

Payment for the stay is made at the time of booking for the full amount if at a distance of 30 days before check in. In the case of booking made before 30 days from check in, the same must be made with the payment of a deposit of 30% and the relative balance 30 days from check in.

2.Children Pay?

Children are welcome. 2 Children up to 3 years old do not pay and can sleep with their parents or in the relative cots made available free of charge.

3. The parking?

The Residence road is a private road where you can park on the white lines for free, the space is not guaranteed. Alternatively you can reserve the garage inside the same building at the time of booking.

4. WiFi is Paid for?

No.The apartment is equipped with ultra-fast internet connection and it is free for guests.

5.Is heating paid separately?

No. Heating is included in the booking price, as is air conditioning free in the summer months.

Self Check In is available?

Yes. The day before Check in you will be sent instructions to access the accommodation in complete autonomy and at any desired time slot.

6. The Jacuzzi is paid for?

Yes

The Jacuzzi costs €40 per night and must be reserved at the time of booking.

Otherwise, it will not be possible to use the service.
